Your agent lives on your own computer and takes the shape your work needs, such as an agent for your inbox and calendar, for your money and records, or for the people you serve. The inbox one, for example, reads your mail, drafts every reply for your yes, keeps the list of what’s waiting, and remembers how you like things done. Reach it by email or a simple text setup, plans from your mail land on your calendar, and a morning brief arrives on days your computer is awake.

Everything the Doorway agent does, plus what we wire together live: texting with your agent through iMessage, WhatsApp, or a number of its own, a spoken voice you choose so it can read your mail or brief out loud, and your phone’s reminders connected. Its first real job done in the room with us. Two hours is usually enough to walk out with it working; if your computer has other plans that day, we’ll prioritize booking more time together to finish the job. Recommended for anyone who wants an expert build fast, without breaking the bank.

What it looks likeWhat it looks like
Several agents with different jobs, talking to each other. Work gets handed between them without you ever in the middle, and the walls are real. Only the money agent can touch the books, and personal stays personal. They keep working even when your laptop is closed, so briefs and alerts arrive on time. If something breaks, it notices and repairs the routine cases itself, overnight, before you ever see them. Like a true team, your agents even hold a monthly meeting and send you the transcript.
New to AI? We recommend The Build.
Founding-client pricing, held for the first 10 households (8 remaining). After the founding ten, The Doorway is $349, The Build $3,000 (two agents $4,000), and The Household from $10,000. The one ongoing software cost is your own Claude subscription, paid directly to Anthropic.
*Tending is for households that want us close after the build: a monthly tune-up session, repairs beyond what the household fixes on its own, and every evolution of the agent templates as it ships. A new agent or a new capability is its own Build session, booked when you’re ready.
The Practice
How we raise them
When Melody, our operations agent, was given the power to send email, she proposed her own rules. Sending on her own had to be earned, with a “graduation path” to sending autonomously after enough emails were approved without correction. Two things still go to a human first: in-the-moment judgment calls, and unscripted messages that touch money. Her words:
“I asked for the guardrails on myself before anyone asked me to, because trust should be earned in small verifiable steps, and because a wrong send is paid for by the member and by [the founders], never by me.”
